Countdown to “Pearls of the Adriatic” inaugural tour!

In just two days, the first MP Tours group will head for the spectacular Adriatic Coast to savour the food, cooking culture, wine and history of the Marche region. The group will meet in the town of Pesaro and stay at the Hotel Imperial Sport, situated steps away from the Adriatic Sea. I’m sitting at Toronto’s Pearson Airport with one of the travellers, Mindy, who is on her first trip to Italy. We are going early to prepare a warm Italian welcome for the rest of the group. Mindy is hoping to get a jump start on the seaside experience. A beach lover, she actually forgot her bathing suits at home, but a quick shopping trip solved that problem in no time. With bathing suits and boarding passes in hand, it’s all feeling just a little more real! Stay tuned for daily updates. Andiamo in Italia! Paula
